      Pros

      The team has lots of passion and drive to excel. The company is experiencing strong growth and provides a lot of opportunities to learn and excel . Management is supportive, transparent and provides clear goals for each team member that are developed collaboratively.

      Cons

      The benefits are sub par with high deductibles and co pays.

      Pros

      Dailybreak is the type of work environment that supports new ideas, creativity and offers a competitive work/life balance. The staff is a mix of sales people, engineers/site developers, graphic designers and writers. I enjoy coming to work every day.

      Cons

      Some departments are stretched a little thin, taking you away from important tasks you were hired for. However, everyone is willing to adjust and be flexible in order to keep the workflow successful.

      A fun and interesting place to work

      Pros

      All ideas are welcome, but more importantly they actually want to implement ideas. The engineering team is a small and close knit team of people that really want the company to be the best in the industry. In fact the whole company is fairly small, and everyone gets along. There's still so many technical problems that need to be solved, so I find the work rewarding. Every fall the company goes to Disney World which is a pretty incredible perk.

      Cons

      Things can be a bit loud at times, so I did have to learn how to adjust to the open floor plan and music. This can be jarring if you're coming from a more corporate culture. That said, once I did adjust I wouldn't want to go back to an office space that didn't feel as alive as this one. Also if you eat too much candy from the candy bar you can sick, but that's on you.
