I joined Daisy as an emerging start-up a few months ago and have seen such incredible growth and collaboration. The team supports yet pushes each other -- we're all highly accountable to providing the utmost in services to our clients as well as to creating the best possible support systems and opportunities for our branch teams and owners.
Cons
As we have to include something here; we're all remote and on a few different timezones - a pro and con especially when in rapid growth stages. Built into that is a great WFH policy for those who prefer to be remote. We do also gather at our HQ for strategic workshopping and planning sessions, which are important for the culture as well.
