-learn great work skills (conflict resolution. customer service, managing expectations, balancing invoices; etc) -close knit, family style working environment -creative work -results driven, freedom to structure your day
Cons
-high pressure from clients and no standard practices for resolution -not provided enough information from management to manage client expectations properly -low pay for amount of work expected -no holidays, weekends expected -best practices constantly change or add workload

Everyone, for the most part, is nice.
Cons
A lot of additional work is expected for minimal compensation. It is mostly a retail job, but not framed in that way.
