Pros
Great group of people with a laid back culture. Environment is conducive to fast learning early on in your career. Lots of resources are provided for training, with some great mentorship from senior staff. Numerous opportunities for conferences, company trips, networking and public speaking.
Cons
Ratio of billing engineers vs non billing staff is a bit concerning. Career progression scheme seems odd and is without great incentives. Management can be very loose. Difficult to get answers from leadership and lack of a feedback culture. That being said, there has been some improvement in these areas over time.

Good team of people workin under the top leadership. Pay is decent
Cons
The couple that comprises the top leadership team is very reactive, doesn't think strategically, and has unethical business practices. Training and onboarding are not provided and new employees are immediately tasked with difficult assignments within the first hours of employments ; working hours are not set by management; management also devises hard, artificial deadlines; feedback is not welcome; management lacks clarity and vision; CEO and CMO, who are married, have created a culture of confusion, fear, and retaliation.
