      Pros

      Management will do whatever needed to help you succeed if you put in the work. Lots of potential to make money and get paid fast. Family-oriented company. Co-workers are incredible people. When I first started they were always available to help me.

      Cons

      Newer company in the market so always competing against more established businesses. Can be a challenge for sales people but there is lots of support for working through it.

      Pros

      Good pay, great people, quick money! Offer benefits not the greatest but more than other companies offer. Great money for people who are motivated .

      Cons

      Got to be willing to work and pick up the phone. Can’t be late. Not a lot of PTO Hire better people

      Pros

      Nice co-workers, centrally located within Omaha, healthcare coverage, regular 8-5 work hours, and overall good work environment. This is the best corporate job I have ever worked at, and career advancement withing this company give me some good options for growth.

      Cons

      This is still a 'newer' company, it seems like even though the business model is tried and true, they are still working out some internal kinks.
