      Pros

      Great culture! I really enjoy our leadership team and the direction that we are headed. Our product is the best in the business and we are constantly innovating.

      Cons

      We are a start up so with that comes challenges that early-stage companies face. It doesn't bother me but for some coming from established companies be prepared for constant change and lack of resources you may be used to.

      Pros

      What an amazing company at an amazing moment in history! The whole world is thinking about equitable recruiting practices and the TapRecruit team is ready. We are working with incredible customers and the product keeps getting better. My coworkers are exactly what you hope for (funny, empathetic, compassionate, helpful, humble, mission-driven...). We were a remote-friendly company pre-2020. Honestly, our days are filled with potential. There's so much to do and this is the right team to do it!

      Cons

      Standard start-up growing pains, but nothing this team can't handle! I'd like to have a recurring meeting with my manager, for example. We need more team members yesterday (it's happening). The important part is that we're scaling quickly and doing it together.
