      Super interesting projects to work on, they care a lot about the personal development of their employees, management takes the employees feedback seriously, feel included, very supportive team

      - Extremely passionate team - Continuous exchange of ideas - Possibility to grow fast in your directions of interest - Very dynamic work environment: in less than 6 months, I have had the chance to gather experience in Data Analysis, Machine Learning Research and Engineering, Client facing, participation to events,.. - Flexibility in working from home when required - Great company culture and lots of social activities

      - May be difficult to manage time and resources as the team is still growing - You are given a lot of responsibility: taking ownership is a pro to me, but may also be stressful at times
