Pros
Datos Insights offers a great environment to learn, teach and grow as you do your job with a great group of people. The company has an excellent support structure for analysts providing design, editorial and analytic capabilities that make for a seamless work stream. The nature of the work is probably one of the best things about working at Datos as you basically get paid to learn. As an analyst I get to dive into topics that I know very well and those in which I am given the opportunity to develop depth. The company also has a good benefit package and provides for exceptional work-life balance,
Cons
Very little on the con side as the company has been improving the technology toolset that is used. More progress on tech would be a good thing but it is a small company.
