      Great company and great people

      Pros

      Love working here and can't see myself anywhere else. People are great, very trusting and work together to solve problems. There is a lot of autonomy but you also work as a crew so you are never alone.

      Cons

      Only remote so you need to be comfortable working from home, I love this but I know not everyone does.

      The people here are amazing. Supportive, encouraging and always up for it. We laugh more than we moan on any given day.

      Cons

      100% distributed means we don't get to see each other face to face as often as I'd like.
