Amazing Projects, Open collegiate culture (I think this has changed in the last few years), helpful friendly colleagues, good benefits (eg 3pm finish on Summer Fridays)

Cons

We work in a deadline driven industry which sometimes requires late nights. Again, I understand this situation to be much better than in the past.
