Pros

McDavid Ford is a fantastic place to work. Hours are a little rough, but pay is well beyond what most people would be able to earn. The GM is fansastic, and super supportive of all his employees. The service manager a bit overwhelmed but also a fantastic person to work for. I absolutely love it here.

Cons

The facility is outdated and need to be completly redone.

Not having more access to CDK to perform my duties. For example, If you finish on the wrong repair line management has to take the line off finish.

-Hour long lunches -Air conditioning and heating -Good hours(8-5)

Cons

-There is healthy amount of extra steps for warranty work, but after you get used to it, it's not so bad.
