      Pros

      Family owned and family involved. We are not numbers, but people and what we do is appreciated. They don't ask us to do anything they haven't or wouldn't do. We are founded on core values and they always do their best to honor them, as we all do.

      Cons

      Not many. We are growing and as such there are growing pains, but when we continue to work with each other and talk it out, we get through it. You can go to anyone in the company and they will sit with you and talk.

      Pros

      I've had a wonderful experience with DNB! I have learned and grown as both a professional and person. The culture is amazing, they treat you like family which makes the work environment extremely comfortable. Onboarding was also great, lots of help and resources to get familiar with the position and requirements of the job. All of my co-workers are always there to help, give feedback, and support with any issues. Overall, I feel like it's a wonderful place for me to constantly learn and grow.
