Pros
Great values, team leads and supervisors are always striving to make sure we know how to do our jobs properly, and efficiently for our clients. Love that we can promote within the company as well. Also love that it is working from home.
Cons
The only con I would say would be that the pay is a bit on the low end but it works for my family.

Dev people had impact to explain and learn executive&manager layer scrum principles, story points usage and many others what changed not perfect processing to perfect processing. That also helped representatives not to promise customer what is not doable in non-realistic time-frames.
Cons
Sometimes promised too much to customer in compare with available resources/power.
