Such a great place to work, thoroughly enjoyed my time there. Get to go to lots of events, parties and awards ceremonies

Pros
The opportunity to work with some of the biggest names/companies in music. Great office/ work socials. Amazing people. Opportunity to attend great events. Central London office with flexible working.
Cons
Opportunity for pay rise is limited. Low base salary. Not much opportunity for progression. Noticeable age and senior/junior divide. Little compensation for working out of hours.
