For people who like to work in the field, Daylight is a great place for their human-centered approach. All the colleagues work closely together in their respective offices and there are many projects who allow travel opportunities for in-person interviews.
Cons
For people who aren't available for business trips, it may be challenging to manage from time to time.

I worked alongside other designers and learned a lot from my colleagues. Design consulting taught me to be versatile and truly think outside of the box and work in a variety of industries.
Cons
Every project comes with a new relationship with the client, and it can be hard to know from the beginning how easy it will be to work with them. The cons of Daylight is basically the cons of consulting: it can be hard to estimate project scope, it can be hard to work with certain clients, and every project requires a labor of love.
