We've recently some new programs that we're very excited about, including a once-per-month collaborative & cross-functional day to focus on improving Daylight as a company and a place to work, and a mostly-four-day-work-week.
Anecdotally, these changes have seem to be bringing some important cultural and productivity changes, with a decrease in the number of meetings and an overall increase in focus time for many staff.
We'll keep striving to improve. =)
