I've worn a few different hats, allowing me to pinpoint my strengths and passions. Dayta has fostered an environment that promotes personal and professional growth, providing me with the opportunity to consistently challenge and enhance my skills.

Cons

It's a very fast-paced job, and there isn't a lot of downtime, which can be stressful at times. You either strive in that type of environment, or it burns out out.
