- Profitable business with a steep growth trajectory - New product just launched (goSeek.com) and already leaving a mark - Hyper talented team with clear vision, appetite for success, and little tolerance for unnecessary politics and long meetings - Tons of learning opportunities in multiple areas of the business - Fun environment, monthly offsite travel, and a new cool office right next to transportation - I work here

1. The company is profitable and growing well 2. The team is extremely competent, and works well together (no politics) 3. Everyone laughs every day (at something!) 4. Business partners like and respect us 5. Each person has a ton of responsibility and fully owns their work 6. We're working on a modern platform 7. There's a lot of transparency 8. We are distributed and there's quite a bit of flexibility around work location and hours
Cons
1. We're small, so lack some of the perks of a big company (i.e.., no 401K yet) 2. We are not flashy, which might be a con to some but a pro to others
