      Lots of potential for growth!

      Pros

      The founders give the teams and management a lot of freedom to make decisions to drive the company forward I started at an entry level position and now I am a manager. I couldn’t of done it without the company’s support they are like my second family. This isn’t your typical manufacturing company. The offices and culture is warm and it what makes a true difference. I get recruited all the time from our competitors but it’s not about making more money it’s about impact and growth!

      Cons

      Not enough parking spaces!! Benefit roll out took a while but now we have everything my family could ask for. I feel like I am a part owner of the company.

      The company culture is refreshing, I always wanted to be part of a company where innovation and forward thinking are the driving force of every individual. The company's culture gives each employee the tools to grow not only as an individual, but also as a professional.

      Cons

      Other than parking I see no cons, although parking has nothing to do with Deco Lighting and more so with surrounding businesses.
