      - Feels like a family - Talented and passionate colleagues - Open to change - Good clients and meaningful work - Part of Deepend Group - Great location and office space - Work-life balance - Transparency from Leadership - Great culture and values - An experienced Leadership team/owners that really care for their employees - The company has been around for 20 years - Privately owned - Group ski trip - Fun place to work!

      Pros

      It’s a close knit bunch of passionate people, working harmoniously and creating products that one can be proud of. Matt & Chris are transparent, genuinely value their team and are amazing mentors and there is always something to learn from their 20 years’ experience running Deepend.

      Cons

      Felt resourcing was challenging at times. But, nothing that couldn't have been sorted with a team huddle.
