- You’ll get to work on a variety of projects for different clients, keeping things fresh and interesting. - Lots of team members from designer, marketing, and people team, to production (account manager, QA, creative director) - you can learn from them and get to engage with them. There’s always something to learn from them, and everyone’s friendly and easy to work with! - Virtual activities like games, mini podcasts, forums, engaging town hall meetings - Annual activities like team building, and get together

Cons

Constant changes in the processes but it's understandable since they are in the stage of innovating. Hopefully, they’ll establish a more stable and reliable design process soon. Nevertheless, everything is going okay. :)

It's been an awesome year with Deer Designer. I have learned a lot despite previously being in a different line of business. Management, process, and the designers are very helpful and approachable.
