      Pros

      Working at Deerfields has provided me with many exceptional educational and professional development opportunities. I was introduced to Vistage and have been a part of a great peer advisory group since May 2012. This experience has afforded me with both personal and professional growth.

      Cons

      Deerfields is a small company and because of that, you may have to simultaneously juggle several responsibilities. However, for me this what I enjoy most about working here. The opportunity to be involved in many aspects of the company is the reason I arrive to work energized every day!
