All the employees support one another, this has filtered down from the Directors as they have this attitude also willing to assist if required, Also they are very good at acknowledging when people has been helpful or have done a good job which not many companies in my experience have done. They show through words and actions that you are a valued member of the company.

Cons

There aren't any downsides to working at Defaqto
