      The company is highly selective in choosing its team, which thus results in a highly effective professional group of experts. Especially valuable is the fact that the team members are left alone to perform their work at client sites without being levied with company commitments or requirements.

      Great Work Environment for Linguist/Analyst

      Pros

      Great daily work environment, and coworkers are enjoyable to be around, and are all universally good at what they do. Most of your coworkers will be in their late 20's/early 30's. Surprisingly low employee turnover. Supervisors are good people who offer good support.

      Cons

      The company organization is very flat, so upward mobility within the company is limited.
