free lunch Wednesday at the datacenter unlimited time off (within reason) pretty laid back atmosphere no formal dress code unless you're in meetings free server or cloud account if you're into that free EV charging folks that are willing to share their advanced knowledge travel opportunities to remote sites education and tool budgets

Cons

I'd love if the salary was just a tad higher.
