Pros
Family-type atmosphere. Company puts employees first. Profit-sharing. Small-sized company. Stay very busy! Appreciated and recognized for the hard work you do.
Cons
Hard to come up with any. Sometimes had to bring work home with me to stay caught up and prep for the coming days, especially if it was a big day with orders due or we knew that we had a lot of product coming in.
