Pros

As a perk to the job you are often rewarded with "ride" time on the schools horses! For those that are unexperienced/beginner this will most likely mean trial rides around the beautiful campus! Novice riders and above are often allowed to hack in either the indoor or outdoor arena.

Cons

The Equestrian Center is a very busy facility on campus. This means you have to be able to cope with a fast pace environment while also paying attention to detail. This is not a con for all, only for some.
