Down to earth team close to earth. You can speak to the boss on any decision you did not like also. Only team who give you place to learn everything.

Some angry developers who was not settled well in terms of payment and they badmouth the company

It was something special like a family, the team was very good. Great bonding among team members. The Ceo was like a father figure. Sad to see some posts really speaking bad about him. As i know he never took a single penny as salary. There was a time when i needed my salary in mid of the month. He paid that from his own pocket. Dont know how some people are ungrateful.

Regular office politics and small company problems like date of pay, client pressure and all of that

I have always received proper guidance and behaviour from colleagues and seniors. And also the management always cooperated in spite of all ups and downs in the company.

Cons

challenges are only for those who do not want to take responsibilities and work hard instead so social loafing
