Company that helps you grow and improve the capabilities you have. Helps to boost your confidence to interact with others and learn a lot of things during the process that will mold you as a better employee. Helps to make your weakness become your strength.
Cons
While working here, in my department, I forgot sometimes how to balance life since I used to be focused to finish the assigned task in daily basis. You should have the ability to multi-task and good in time management.
