This is a good company if you want international visibility. The projects are challenging and they give real learning. I moved across tools and domains within a year, which was stressful initially but now I see the benefit. People are all helpful and the seniors provide mentorship to freshers. My knowledge and skills have improved very well till now.

Cons

Balancing project goals and deadlines is pretty challenging.
