Pros
Good salary, great benefits and short commute to work in the East Bay. The newer generation of employees at the District are very easy going and pleasant to work with.
Cons
Tone-deaf leadership, employees lack trust in upper management, telecommuting benefit is inequitable, and yes, lots of dead wood.
