      Excellent working environment Great team building events (3 in last 6 months - submarine museum in Gosport, basket ball competition and latterly, team building afternoon full of fun events yesterday) Competitive salaries Flexible start and finish times Reasonable benefits Profitable Company that is expanding year on year

      Pros

      Helpful colleagues, great team, good exposure, great communication across departments.

      Cons

      Micromanage, less recognition and acknowledgement, inefficient due to lack of investment in facilities, non conducive work environment, uncompetitive salary package that fall below industry standards.

      Pros

      Company took Covid seriously with many measures in place to ensure staff safety. Not a single person was furloughed during the pandemic - everyone kept working throughout which included working from home and therefore paid their normal salary. Working from home is allowed with manager approval - there is also consultations currently ongoing to allow non shopfloor staff to work from home 3 days per week. Consultations also in place to have staggered start and finish times with potential finish 1530 hrs Monday-Thursday and 1430 hrs on a Friday.

      Cons

      Senior Management can be seen as micro-managing to a degree. Short term: Company due to relocate to Frimley Q1 2023 which brings both Slough and Farnham staff together (this is a positive really)
