      Pros

      great work to life balance flexibility, no arbitrary required day in the office, only for collaboration and client engagement and great work diversity where I always learn new things, new technologies, new manufacturing techniques. Compensation is fair.

      Cons

      It is a fast paced environment which may not be for everyone but that's pretty much the case for every consulting firm.

      Good working time, great leadership, extremely well paid, benefits are extrodinary, and amazing peers.

      Cons

      The hiring process is pretty tough, but it is worth it. We work with industry leaders and they demand high levels of security.
