There’s plenty to learn for anyone who’s willing to ask questions, put in the work, and take on the extra responsibility. Whatever you lose in work/life balance, you more than gain in experience and potential for career advancement. I know from personal experience what time at DE can do for your career.

Cons

Deadlines come up fast at DE. A lot of times, they would change at the last minute or there would be new changes you’d have to incorporate in the same amount of time.

DemandEngine is quickly becoming the best company I’ve ever worked for. Management is great. Very open and approachable. My coworkers are friendly, helpful, and fun to be around. I’m paid well (with the promise of future raises to reward a job well done), and my medical insurance is the best plan I’ve had. I have zero complaints and only good things to say about this company.

Cons

I honestly can’t think of one. Everything so far has been great!

You get to spend your time around a group of people who are incredibly intelligent, capable, talented, creative, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and fun. The people who work here really make this company what it is, so in my opinion they’re the biggest pro of the entire job.

Cons

Things happen at a very fast pace around here. Even though everyone in the office is encouraging and helpful, if you can’t keep up, you won’t last long.
