      Pros

      There is opportunity here to grow in your role. If you have a good idea then senior leadership will listen and support you. I think there is a great line here between being given the right amount of responsibility but also having support if you need it. In my experience, senior leadership also consult workers on their happiness in their role, and that contributes to an ever growing positive, transparent workplace.

      Cons

      Internal communication can be a problem. I know that the company has acknowledged this and there are steps being taken to address this.

      Pros

      Great work ethic throughout the company, excellent group of old and new team members with huge experience within our market segments and product offerings,. An exciting team of engineers work on the "whats new in displays and touchscreens". Every day is different. Over the last few years the company has gone from strength to strength in terms of employees, leadership and product offerings. Lovely offices to work in, the company offer hybrid working which is great.

      Pros

      there are a few reasons why i like to work here: 1. technology focus, we have a clear product strategy 2. customer focus, we know exactly what markets we are targeting for 3. flexibility, company gives enough flexibility to develop myself 4. friendly people, nice colleagues and help each other, fantastic working environment. 5. have a fun, help sales team win more business and it is a big fun, i really enjoy when we win orders.

      Cons

      a few points to add: 1. it will be good to get bonus plan every year 2. it will be good if we can improve our internal communications more efficiently
