The people that work here are very dedicated to making the company better. The CEO is fantastic and genuinely cares about the success of every employee. Any minor complaint you have will be considered and genuinely listened to. Dentive is growing fast and improves every month. Also the break room has great snacks and there are many fun events for the employees to attend.

Cons

Some things take time to be implemented because Dentive has a lot of opportunity to grow, but improvements are always in the works and you'll get to see a lot of positive change.

I've really enjoyed my time here. The management is supportive, and my co-workers are great—everyone is friendly and collaborative. The work-life balance is excellent, which makes a big difference day to day. The breakroom is always stocked with great snacks, and the benefits package is solid. The overall environment is relaxed and positive, making it a great place to grow and thrive. Monthly townhalls so you feel connected to the bigger picture.
