Pros

- continuing to improve on the team culture with a wave of new digitally savvy hires that bring energy and excitement to teams that have been underperforming from print decline - attribution, reporting, & audience accessibility are unmatched in the Denver Market - compensation is competitive with national publishers if you can build a solid team and hit the goals - digital team management cares about culture and employee feedback (very rare in this space!) - they promote from within - work life balance is excellent if you've worked in the LA/NY/Chi markets

Cons

- no 401k match - heavily commission based - coordinator position is mostly structured for print buys/needs restructuring for digital buys or dedicated digital coordinators
