      Good Place for Photogs

      Pros

      Fantastic leadership for photog staff, best pay in market, morale pretty good.

      Cons

      Pay still leaves a lot to be desired. Communication between certain departments and field crews really sucks. Management tries to shake things up a couple times a year and the implementation typically is very inconsistent and confusing

      Great people, overall good work environment, and great momentum internally. Really good benefits and continuing education opportunities as well.

      Cons

      Some antiquated processes and corporate red tape, but much of this is reminiscent of the news industry as a whole.
