Pros
1. Huge opportunities for growth. (I started in the warehouse 10+ years ago and now I work on wireless designs, configurations and implementations.) 2. They treat you as family. 3. They do not micromanage. 4. We call management the A-Team because of how professional, organized, responsive, and understanding they are. 5. GREAT pay. 6. Paid specialized training. 7. Everyone from the CEO to a service engineer are spoken to and treated the same, with respect. 8. There’s always new technology in the office to physically touch and configure to further advance your technical understandings. 9. A tech engineers dream job, we get to configure and implement technology that most people only read about! 10. Team environment.
Cons
Not many cons at this company but if I really had to write one down I guess it would be that sometimes we have to go to the office. After Covid, I’m used to working from home or at client sites but we are required to occasionally go to HQ.
