I joined Design + Industry as a recent university graduate and have never felt more challenged and supported in a workplace. From day one, I felt encouraged to bring my creative ideas and problem-solving skills to the table. The company culture at D+I is collaborative and innovative, leading to a constant flow of new and exciting projects that are both industry-leading and exceptionally innovative. It's worth mentioning that there is minimal hand-holding at D+I. If you are given a role or responsibility, you are expected to complete it to the best of your ability. This high level of expectation is a result of attracting premium clients and projects with demanding standards. Employee development seems to be a key focus for D+I. In recent years, the company has invested heavily in internal training, reflecting their commitment to the growth and success of their employees.

Have been working at D+I for a long time for a good reason, the work is interesting, the people are great and the whole environment is positive to be in.
