      Pros

      Great place to learn. Provided opurtunities. Can survive only if interested in architecture and design and willing to learn and improve new skills. People who looks for time pass and willing to do only what they know and not interested in learning new skills have to stay away.

      Cons

      No work life balance. But most architecture firms are like this.
