From the hiring process to the moment I left I was delighted about DesignRush, it wasn't easy to decide to leave.
Hiring process - was very quick and efficient, all phases lasted just over a week.
Onboarding - they are very organized on how to handle remote employees, from the first moment I felt belonging to the company. In the first day I had everything settled.
Training - The following days were focused on trainings. This was the moment I really valued. In sales it is very important to be well trained on the products and services you sell and on the way how the company handles the business.
For that matter, DesigRush couldn't be better. My direct manager, Andrija Savic had always been available to any of my inquires and had been very supportive to help me and the team to achieve the goals. He has been a mentor to me, even after I left, great person, great professional.
The company really works as a team; in our sales meetings for instance, we had most often the presence of the Managing Director Gianluca Ferruggia, who always asked what the team needed and what he could do to help, and Nikola Djuric, the editor in chief, a very knowledgeable and brilliant professional, to provide us with ideas onto better offer our products. Nikola always listened to requests and suggestions from sales.
I really recommend the company.
Cons
- The base salary might be a disadvantage at the beginning, but the bonus can certainly compensate it along the way. If you are ambitious and hard work, you can turn this disadvantage into a big advantage.
