A Ferocious Partnership to Last a Lifetime
Pros
I would not have gotten to this next step in my career of it wasn't for Designzillas and the people I worked with in my tenure there. The people and relationships you build there are the biggest pros of working there. I started as a mid level web developer and was able to grow very quickly to Senior with the help of others and the many solutions I built for a vast number of different clients and industries. Management and leadership are the most transparent and open teams I have worked with in an agency setting making even personal issues easier to talk about and get help with. The downtown Orlando location is nice with a modern but comfortable atmosphere you can really make your own.
Cons
Designzillas is a small agency still at the time of this review but has restructured for promising growth along with a strong new management team growth. With all growth comes change and growing pains that can put strain on its employees. Hopefully in a short time as they grow the impacts will be lesser. I have also brought up that the computers need to be upgraded soon and they are in the process of rolling out new machines.
