      Pros

      We’re not just handed designs to polish... we get to be part of the conversation from day one. I’ve presented ideas directly to product leads and seen them go live. That ownership matters. Also, Figma setups are clean, which is rare.

      Cons

      Some last-minute changes come in, but that’s part of working with agile teams.

      First time Joining Deskera

      Pros

      Joining Deskera was my first real finance job. I didn’t feel lost at all because the team was super hands-on. We had weekly sessions to go over common reconciliation errors, which helped me avoid repeating mistakes. The culture is process-driven but not rigid.

      Cons

      Can’t think of any real downside... maybe just that it takes time to learn the internal tools.
