      Pros

      The onboarding and training processes are unreal. The team are such a great family environment which seems to be a change from many years ago. It's a good feeling working for an organisation with integrity, great values and flexible work life. Best job yet!!

      Cons

      Sometimes the coffee machine takes a while to warm up.

      Pros

      Being a long-time employee who is still passionate about being part of a team who rescue vulnerable children. The organisation is growing with purposeful and innovative management and systems Being part of an organisation that really cares and helps the vulnerable create a better life.

      Cons

      Never enough time or funds to help all Trying constantly to outsmart and out -manoeuvre the abusers.

We love our long term staff, who have consistently sown into the organisation's growth and seen us not only rescue 6,000 people but almost 10,000 at the time of writing.
