Very supportive and welcoming faculty and staff. Teamwork is a key component of working at DCRHS. Engaged and hard working students.

Day is longer than a average school day due to work study program.

Very innovative concept- school and work study program Extremely supportive staff who all work towards the same, common goal (student success in high school and student success after high school). Excellent college-going culture Safe place to work- administrators are willing to hear staff and student concerns and work to address them without passing judgement Parents and students making teaching and interacting with them very enjoyable
