      I started my journey with DA as a Deputy Manager, and over the span of just 7 years, I rose to the role of Assistant Program Director. The company provided abundant opportunities for personal and professional growth, encouraging innovation at every step of the way. Working alongside an exceptional team and under the guidance of extraordinary supervisor enriched my experience and broadened my skill set. Even after over 1.5 years since departing from the organisation due to relocating abroad, I continue to receive invaluable mentoring and support from my former supervisor. The collaborative atmosphere, a commitment to excellence, and the enduring mentorship I receive are testaments to this organisation's dedication to nurturing talent and fostering lasting professional relationships.

      Cons

      Although the team I worked with gave me ample training opportunities, I think overall in the organisation providing more structured training programs for employees (new or old) could enhance the onboarding and career growth process and help them integrate into the organisation more smoothly.

      Thanks for the feedback, We already started our planning and action on this area. Trainings were conducted this year, planning to conduct training on the various subjects suggested by the employees in coming calendar year.
