* They give you what you need to work * The guidance you need to grow * The autonomy you need to lead * The challenges you need to feel fulfilled * The teamwork that makes you feel great. * Trust you to get the work done (so they let you work remote so long as you're available from 10-3, if you need to)

Cons

* Compensation is a wee bit on the low side. * If you let it, can interfere with work-life balance, *but* that's not a hard requirement. It's just working here is so fun!
