There are five core missions, and I know every company has kind of the same sort of philosophy fluff. But Deviation Games TRULY lives by these principles. No egos (and there are some insanely accomplished and talented people here), everyone is incredibly nice, ideas come from anywhere, have fun, challenge assumptions, push boundaries. All of these things are evident every day through the team meetings, and just interactions with those in the company.
Cons
None. Every time there's a meeting, there's some sort of new announcement where things just continue to get better and better. Everyone strives to make it just the best place to be.
