      Pros

      - Devika values are lived and breathed throughout the company - Strong focus on the growth of people - Interesting products and projects - Great tech stack! - Good benefits! Like Alexander Volkanovski training session, got to meet Sally Fitzgibbons, work remotely when needed, etc.

      Cons

      I think they went through some growing pains, but that would be expected with any company that is in high demand and trying to keep up.

      * There is a lot of support but things can move and change quickly as they run off fortnight sprints across the company.

      It was my honour to work at Devika. I was part of the first few employees, not many hired then. You guys have so much potential. I strongly believe in a bright future for the company. They helped me with a VISA and treated me like family.

      I am a JAVA developer and they moved the stack to JavaScript
